Our last (and largest) student project was to select a
social issue prevalent in the
world and utilize all the
skills we’ve learned over the
years to bring awareness.
As you probably guessed, I
chose pesticides and the
dangers they bring to both us
and the bees. Let’s explore
why our little black and yellow friends are so gosh darn
important, along with why we use
pesticides and why they are a
very real and dangerous threat to the world’s food supply.
